We currently only ship to physical addresses in the continental USA.
Free shipping for colonic boards.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS
Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, we are not accepting any returns UNLESS the product received is incorrect or defective. We cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) that have been used by the customer.
If an incorrect or defective item was shipped in error by Liv-N-Well Inc., we will arrange to ship the appropriate product at our cost once we receive the incorrect or defective product. Liv-N-Well Inc. will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a refund less a 20% restocking fee or credit if the returned item(s) meet the following criteria:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of original order date.
- Item(s) must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
- Customer must contact Liv-N-Well Inc.. or the distributor from which the purchase was made and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the item(s). If this RMA number is not obtained, UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS MAY NOT BE CREDITED. Be sure to obtain an RMA number prior to any attempted return.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to Liv-N-Well Inc. or to the distributor it was purchased from once an RMA is issued. Customer pays return shipping unless other arrangements are made. BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM(S), PLEASE EMAIL US TO VERIFY WHERE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE.
